Previous CITY GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE
· Worked with city, business owners, and residents on formation of Business Improvement District in the City of Culver City
· Land use analysis and research for non-profits and Schools in the City of Los Angeles
· Wrote New Market Tax Credit Application, which received 2010 allocation for community revitlization efforts in the City of San Fernando
· Worked with city, business owners, and residents on formation of Business Improvement District in the City of Culver City
· Designed Culver City policy strategy for the Exposition Light Rail Transit Line. Strategy included adopted City Council and Redevelopment Agency resolutions, the creation of governing planning document, and community outreach.
· Co-managed all economic development activities, which included business attraction, retention, and development for the City of Burbank.
· Managed the City of Burbank's Mayor’s Business Outreach Program, which involved the Mayor meeting monthly with local business to gain and better understanding of the issues facing the city.
· Produced monthly economic indicator report on thE Burbank, California, and national economies.
